Hard Gore are releasing this title 15 years after it was made, and when viewing it I could understand why it's taken so long to get released. The limp plot sees the swim team turned into flesh hungry ghouls like the ones in the superior 'Demons' after a couple of goons unleash a green gas, or some crud like that.

If you like old Troma movies you'll love this. It's weird, it's got bad wigs, bad make-up, bad acting, bad dialogue and annoying self promotion of some comedian I ain't never heard of, who has a huge credit for making a special appearance. The dude certainly got his money's worth for his 5 minute cameo.

Apparently many of the cast have worked exstensively since, so you guys might see a few familiar faces here if you're brave enough to rent or buy this.

Not my cup of genre tea, but I did find myself laughing during a poorly edited 10 minute scene, that sees a guy auditioning for a spot as a standup comedian with a barrage of smut jokes. It's almost nonsensical, it's incoherent, it's bad, but it's so bad it may almost be good.
