It's been 7 years since the Gregory Dark helmed slasher 'See No Evil' so any expectations of a sequel particularly following its less than impressive response was as low as low could be. However, you can't keep a potential franchise down when it comes to horror and 'See No Evil 2' is in the works. WWE and Lionsgate have reteamed once more for the follow-up and hired the Soska sisters for directorial duties. Jen and Sylvia Soska, responsible for other genre efforts 'Dead Hooker in a Trunk' and 'American Mary', will helm the sequel and kick off producton this Autumn/Fall. 'See No Evil' starred WWE wrestler Kane but no word yet on whether he himself will return to reprise his role as Jacob Goodnight.

"'See No Evil 2' picks up immediately after the first film and finds Kane's Jacob Goodnight in the city morgue, rising from the dead and picking off medical students."
