Supernatural sequel spin-off ‘Paranormal Activity: The Marked Ones’ arrived in theatres this New Year and director Christopher Landon has revealed some interesting news about the continuation of the franchise during a recent intereview with SlashFilm. “We’ve always been looking ahead. I’ll say this much.” says Landon “There is a very specific end goal and I’m hoping we have enough time in the franchise to get there.” Yup it seems that between himself, creator Oren Peli and Blumhouse producer Jason Blum they do have an endgame and aren’t just winging it as they go along. “We have a really big idea that’s at the finish line but we need time to get there” he continues.
With the fifth installment lined up for release this October just how close is this “big idea” from the end?
Landon’s ‘Paranormal Activity: The Marked Ones’ is in theatres now and stars Richard Cabral, Carlos Pratts, Eddie J. Fernandez, Jorge Diaz, David Fernandez Jr., Kimberly Ables Jindra, Tonja Kahlens and Frank Salinas.
