Robert Hall’s ‘Fear Clinic’ has been picked up by Anchor Bay who have managed to acquire the whole shebang including all the theatrical, VOD, digital, Blu-ray and DVD rights. An official date should come along soon but is expected to be around the end of 2014. Fiona Dourif (‘Curse of Chucky’) and Robert Englund (‘A Nightmare on Elm Street’) both star in the movie based on the short lived FearNet horror series of the same name which also featured Englund. ‘Fear Clinic’ also stars Angelina Armani (‘ChromeSkull: Laid to Rest 2’), Kevin Gage (‘Laid to Rest’), Cleopatra Coleman and Thomas Dekker (‘The Secret Circle’). Check out the one-sheet below.
“The film opens with a tragedy that launches five people into the public eye and enlists Dr. Andover to lend his expertise to help them overcome trauma-induced phobias. A year later, terrifying ‘aftershocks’ rattle the survivors, leading to them finding their way back to the fear clinic seeking answers. As they line up for another turn in the chamber, Dr. Andover believes that something more sinister may be at work.”
