Back in early 2011 reports were that Aussie director Greg McLean would be tackling Lionsgate’s new supernatural feature ‘6 Miranda Drive’. A project that was even set to hold up his plans for ‘Wolf Creek 2’. Now nearly 3 years later the outback slasher sequel is in the can and there’s no still no sign of ‘6 Miranda Drive’. However, according to the Hollywood Reporter, McLean is back in action with Blumhouse and Chapter One Films taking over production proceedings. And the micro-budgeted thriller has scored its leading man in the form of Kevin Bacon -below (‘The Following’). ‘Evidence’ star Radha Mitchell is also currently in talks for a supporting role.
“A family that unwittingly brings a fear-feeding supernatural force with them when they return from a Grand Canyon vacation.”
‘6 Miranda Drive’ will begin shooting next month in LA.
