Perhaps it doesn’t reveal an awful lot but we all know that both ‘Breaking Bad’ star Bryan Cranston and Gareth Edward’s upcoming large lizard rebirth of ‘Godzilla’ are two of the coolest things around at the moment. So this somewhat mundane new pic from the Warner Bros. Pictures and Legendary Pictures production set to hit theatres this May suddenly becomes automatically awesome by association. ‘Godzilla’ and Cranston are also joined by the likes of Aaron Taylor-Johnson (‘Kick-Ass 2’), Elizabeth Olsen (‘Silent House’), Juliette Binoche, Sally Hawkins (‘Made in Dagenham’), David Strathairn (‘Lincoln’), Ken Watanabe (‘Inception’), Richard T. Jones (‘Event Horizon’), Patrick Sabongui, Yuki Morita, Brian Markinson, Akira Takarada, Victor Rasuk, C.J. Adams and Ken Yamamura (‘The Wolverine’). Head below for the snap.
“An epic rebirth to Toho’s iconic Godzilla, this spectacular adventure, from Warner Bros. Pictures and Legendary Pictures, pits the world’s most famous monster against malevolent creatures who, bolstered by humanity’s scientific arrogance, threaten our very existence.”
‘Godzilla’ hits theatres in the UK/US on16 May 2014.
