The talented husband and wife team of Michael Biehn (‘The Divide’) and Jennifer Blanc-Biehn, of BlancBiehn Productions, are readying production on their latest sci-fi thriller ‘Fembot’. Editor Vance Crofoot (‘The Victim’) will be making his directorial debut on the project in which Michael and Jennifer will both star. Now the gorgeous German Penthouse Pet Nikita Black (below) has joined the cast in what is said to be a “pivotal role”. Black will join fellow co-stars Tristan Risk (‘American Mary’) and Martin Richard Kristek. Crofoot will helm from a script penned by Staci Layne Wilson. Check out the plot details below.
“Imagine a world in the not-too-distant future in which your every whim and desire can be fulfilled by a beautiful, charming, and sexually adventurous female robot.
Wealthy entrepreneur Zayden Beckett (Biehn) can’t wait to invest… both professionally and personally. He settles on Arla, the most intelligent of the lot and specially programmed just for him. Unfortunately, the devious inventor of the Fembot has cut corners with Arla, using a different, inferior energy source.
She develops a mind of her own and a thought process which allows for jealousy. When Beckett begins to fall in love with a real woman, Arla goes on the attack.”
Production begins later this month with a premiere due in 2015.
