Early October will be one exciting time, especially for those fans of television horror. Not only do we have the fourth season of ‘American Horror Story’ but we’ll once more be reunited with hit AMC zombie series ‘The Walking Dead’. Entertainment Weekly have released four alternative covers for their latest issue which features the upcoming season. The four covers feature stars Andrew Lincoln, Danai Gurira, Norman Reedus, Steven Yeun and Lauren Cohan each posing in cool multi layered action shots. Inside the mag you also get an interview with season newcomer Seth Gilliam who is set to play new character Father Gabriel Stokes. Check out the covers and what Gilliam had to say below.
“I only read the comic book where Father Gabriel was introduced,” says Gilliam “which I think was episode 61 in the comics. I didn’t read anything before that, and I haven’t read anything after that. I discovered from reading about the show that often times characters’ names and journeys are kind of crisscrossed and mismatched, so I thought if I did read too much I might be giving myself a lot of information that would be useless, or just outright wrong. So I figured, like with everything, I’d just take the script and try to fill him out the best I possibly can.”
Season 5 of ‘The Walking Dead’ will premiere at AMC on 12 October.
