During the month of February for those who may not potentially be spending a lot of their hard earned cash on a romantic Valentines evening with their better half may feel that their generous donations may well be suited helping to fund director Bob X Akins’ new psychological horror project ‘Nicole, her Ex and the Killer’ instead. It’s particularly relevant for those who have had bad dating experiences in the past and would rather forget about their exes. With revenge on her mind and freedom in her heart; Nicole’s past, present and future comes to a furious collision when her family visits. All donations will go towards the production costs that will cover cast and crew fees as well as location costs, travel and all other props and equipment required for the shoot.
The official Seed and Spark campaign has just kicked off and is open for everyone to either contribute cash, loan certain items to the campaign or make a contribution in exchange for a number of special direct incentives. These incentives range in value and for $75 or less you have the chance to get yourself a social media shout out, a special credit in the “Thanks” section at the end of the movie and even a digital download of the film before its even released. If you’re feeling a little more generous you could even pick yourself up an Exec Producer credit, have your logo featured at the beginning of the movie and attend various shooting days as well as all crew/talent parties.
