RESIDENT EVIL MOVED TO SEPTEMBER
Although a ton of on-set pics from Resident Evil: Apocalypse are cropping up all over the web, it’s a fruitless task to really document them all here. There’s only so much you can see of extras dressed as S.T.A.R.S. agents standing around the craft service table looking bored, right? Until something ultra-cool comes along, expect to see it here. In the meantime, we have an update on the release date of the next Resident Evil installment.
Screen Gems has moved the film from a unconfirmed, wobbly spring release to September 24th putting it in the same time frame Screen Gems’ Underworld scraped up some nice opening weekend pocket change.
Resident Evil: Apocalypse finds Milla Jovovich’s character, Alice, returning to the battle against the Umbrella Corporation, the undead, and a new creature called Nemesis. Oded Fehr (The Mummy films), Sienna Guillory (The Time Machine), and Eric Mabius star with Alexander Witt taking over on directing duties.
