LAST SKELETON RELEASE SCHEDULE SET
TriStar Pictures has announced cities and dates for its release of THE LOST SKELETON OF CADAVRA, writer/director/star Larry Blamires homage to the low-budget creature features of yesteryear (though Blamire insists, Its not a spoof of B-moviesit is a B-movie). The plot concerns good and evil scientists contending with aliens, a three-eyed mutant, a sexy cat-woman and the title creature in pursuit of the rare radioactive element atmosphereum, and stars Fay (EYES WIDE SHUT) Masterson, Brian Howe, Andrew Parks and Susan McConnell. The black-and-white feature (shot in Skeletorama!) opens in New York and Los Angeles February 6; Chicago, Boston, San Francisco, Berkeley and San Jose February 13; Seattle and Austin February 20; Atlanta March 5; and then expands to other cities across the U.S. March 12. CADAVRA will be accompanied by the 1937 color cartoon SKELETON FROLIC, directed by animation legend Ub Iwerks. You can check out the official CADAVRA website here.
