COONEY GIVES UP SHELTER
Creature Corner reports:
‘I was starting to worry about screenwriter Michael Cooney for a while there. After all the hype and eventual success of the last film he scripted, Identity, he seemed to almost disappear. Generally when a film does that well that quickly, you here about new projects right away for the writer and/or director.
I shall worry no more. This morning it was announced that Intermedia has optioned the rights to Shelter, his ‘psychological thriller’ about a forensic psychiatrist whose latest patient’s multiple personality all happen to be murder victims. That must be terribly confusing, one would imagine.’
No word on a director as of yet, but we’ll keep you posted.
