GOYER TO BE INVISIBLE MAN
Variety reports that David Goyer will follow up this Decembers BLADE: TRINITY by directing THE INVISIBLE, a remake of the Swedish supernatural thriller, for Spyglass Pictures and DreamWorks. Written by Mick Davis, the movie focuses on two teenagers who cannot be seen by othersone because hes a ghost, murdered by a fellow student, the other metaphorically invisible due to the neglect shes suffered since her mothers death. Joel Bergvall and Simon Sandquist helmed the Swedish version, based on a translation of Davis original screenplay, which just won the Best Picture prize at LAs Screamfest. Davis is also writing and will direct a new version of THE PICTURE OF DORIAN GRAY that rolls next year. See FANGORIA #239, on sale December 7, for a Goyer interview.
