Walton Writes With Angels
Dread Central reports:
Good to see that Ginger Snaps wordsmith Karen Waltons finally getting back into the swing of things, writing-wise. Today the trades are saying she will do some quick re-writes on a new film called Absolute Angels.
Genevieve Jolliffe, who wrote the British film Urban Ghost Story and has a place in the Guinness Book of World Records as the worlds youngest film producer (for 1992s The Runner), will direct the film. Angels is described as sort of a female version of The Lost Boys, in which a girl is invited to join a cheerleading team only to discover theyre all vampires.
I guess they only work night games? Sounds like itll be a bit more light-hearted than most, but with Walton working on it we can hope for some black humor to balance it out. Absolute Angels will be coming our way via Warner Bros.
