Independent filmmaker Hart D. Fisher, whose credits include FLOWERS ON THE RAZORWIRE and THE GARBAGE MAN, is gearing up for his next screen shocker, 13 BLOODY KISSES. Written and to be directed by Fisher, who will also produce with John Palisano and edit the movie, KISSES is a gorefest set in a drug rehab center built on cursed Indian land, where the patients are stalked and murdered. “13 BLOODY KISSES is a throwback to THE BURNING and the first two FRIDAY THE 13TH films,” Fisher says. “I loved those movies as a kid: Dark, bloody, loads of sex appeal. MADMAN, SLEEPAWAY CAMP—nobody has made any kind of camp movies in years and years. I’m going to have a lot of fun with this one.”
Actors already signed for the film include Steve (COLLATERAL) Kim, Genevieve (THE HILLSIDE STRANGLER) Anderson, Sven (MURDER-SET-PIECES) Garrett and indie rocker Johnny Jetson, lead singer of LA band Tattooed Millionaires, who will also provide music for the movie. Fisher is currently finalizing the rest of the casting for the 16mm project, which is set to begin filming this fall in California. The Scream Factory will create the makeup FX.
