Lauded for his groundbreaking scores for CREEPSHOW, DAY OF THE DEAD, TALES FROM THE DARKSIDE and others – and a notable screenwriter and director (DUNE miniseries, etc), John Harrison launched his horror music legacy with his chilling EFFECTS score, which is receiving its debut release in this special limited edition presentation. This is a limited edition pressing of 1500 units.
La-La Land has also announced plans to release Akira Ifukube’s KING KONG VS. GODZILLA, featuring the remastered original score to the 1962 Monster Classic; THE BIG EMPTY, Brain Tyler’s otherworldly score to the wild sci-fi comedy/drama; and Volume 2 of FARSCAPE Classics, featuring two more complete episode scores from Australian composer Guy Gross.
