The writer of the U.S. version of THE GRUDGE and it’s sequel, Stephen Susco, has picked his next project.
Susco will pen the script to a supernatural war story called ZERO DARK THIRTY. Susco had the following to say about the premise, “”It’s about a Vietnam soldier who dies over in Vietnam, but then mysteriously shows up back in his hometown, and there’s something a little bit off about him. And a buddy and I got the rights and developed the story together, and I wrote it, and he’s going to be directing it, and we start shooting in July.” Susco’s buddy is John Stalberg, who produced and directed an independent relationship film called Mr. Dramatic.
No casting has been announced as of yet.
