TRIGGER MAN, the second collaborative effort of ROOST director Ti West and executive producer Larry Fessenden, has just wrapped. West sent Fango the first peeks at the film, which, inspired by true events, centers on three hunters who wind up fighting for their own lives when the tables are turned by a mysterious killer.
“It was a brutal but awesome seven-day shoot,” West tells us, “resulting in only a few minor rain delays, poison ivy outbreaks, revoked permits, a case of Lyme disease and Reggie [Cunningham] and I almost being shot and killed by the police department. All of that aside, it went really well, and I’m psyched about the footage.” Pictured at left is Cunningham, who stars along with fellow newcomer Ray Sullivan and ROOST actors Heather Robb and Sean Reid; below is a bloody victim played by FX artist Daniel J. Mazikowski, also encoring from West’s previous chiller.
TRIGGER MAN’s official website will be up by the end of the month; for now, check out the movie’s MySpace page (with a ton of info and more pics) here.
