B-D reports:
Paramount Vantage has snapped up worldwide rights to Alan McElroy’s psychological thriller Fracture, with “The Ring” duo Mike Macari and Neal Edelstein set to produce, according to Variety. The project is out to a director. The story revolves around a man whose wife and children disappear into an emergency room, seemingly never to return. Vantage production and acquisitions topper Amy Israel said McElroy’s script taps into “our collective anxiety about hospitals.”
