According to The Hollywood Reporter, Leomax Entertainment, a U.S. offshoot of the European Leomax AG company, has acquired the Norwegian fright film COLD PREY as its first North American release. In the movie, a group of young snowboarders seeking help for an injured friend wind up at an abandoned mountain hotel, where they’re stalked and killed by a mysterious murderer. Roar Uthaug directed from a script by Thomas Moldestad; Leomax plans a limited theatrical release next year, followed by DVD distribution on its Indigomotion genre label via Anchor Bay.
