According to Box Office Mojo, Eli Roth’s Trailer Trash – a feature-length film packed with faux trailers – and the remake of Hellraiser won’t be coming out anytime soon. Both movies have had their release dates removed and are once again TDA (To Be Determined).
Early word is that the WGA strike is the likely source for the shift. No word officially from Roth or the distributors MGM.
Regarding Hellraiser, Bloody Disgusting received a call in response to the delay news. Apparently they weren’t 100% happy with Alexandre Bustillo and Julien Maury’s screenplay and have decided to take the film to other writers – so we’re now back at square one. The French duo are still attached to helm the pic.
