Mick Garris, Masters of Horror creator, is taking up a big screen version of Stephen King’s novel ‘Bag of Bones’.
Garris spoke on Fango Radio recently stating that director pal Joe Dante will now helm ‘Thirst’, a remake of an Australian vampire movie. Garris himself was originally attached to the project but will now be taking on ‘Bag of Bones’ instead that’s been on his to-do list for quite some time.
King’s novel tells of Mike Noonan, a novelist grieving over the death of his wife who settles into their summer home, becomes embroiled in some nasty drama with a nasty local millionaire and falls privy to a series of hauntings.
