ShockTillYouDrop are reporting some interesting news regarding the one and only Doctor Vannacutt! Rumour has it that actor Jeffrey Combs maybe reprising his role as the twisted doc in yet another installment of 'House on Haunted Hill'. This time in the form of a prequel.

Word on the web is that the Vannacutt character could return this time in his human form long before he was ever ghost-ified. The story itself would be based around his days at the Vannacutt Institute.

And STYD are reporting from various sources that the title of the prequel could well be...'The Asylum of Dr. Vannacutt' with Dark Castle eyeing up an Autumn shoot shedule.
