Filmmaker Brian DePalma has signed up to direct ‘The Boston Stranglers’, an adaptation of writer Susan Kelly’s Boston Stranglers: The Public Conviction of Albert DeSalvo and the True Story of Eleven Shocking Murders.
Obviously those who know the story of the convicted Albert DeSalvo who confessed to the killings should likely expect the adaption to include a feast of finger pointings and various ‘what if’ scenarios after DeSalvo was stabbed to death in prison.
No casting announcements as yet but we’ll keep you posted as soon as we hear.
No word on who will star in the adaptation yet, but I’m sure DePalma will pick some interesting names when casting rolls around.
