'FRIDAY THE 13TH'S JASON VORHEES PIC HITS WEB

A recent snap of the new Jason Vorhees from the upcoming 'Friday the 13th' remake found it's way online and now Bloody-Disgusting.com have scored a much better close-up of the deformed, hockey-mask sporting psycho slasher. Check it out below.

The remake is directed by Marcus Nispel who also helmed the 2003 remake of 'Texas Chainsaw Massacre' and did a pretty decent job. The story itself is the retelling of the original Friday the 13th about teenaged summer camp counselors that are systematically slaughtered by a mysterious killer.

New Line's 'Friday the 13th' remake arrives in US/UK theaters on February 13th, 2009.
