Dark Castle productions have been busy of late prepping their upcoming releases. But they’re already looking to the future in the form of horror-comedy entitled ‘All Cheerleaders Die’ and another chapter in the ‘House on Haunted Hill’ franchise. Rumoured to likely be a prequel.
Dark Castle’s upcoming releases are Dave Parker’s ‘The Hills Run Red’, Dominic Sena’s ‘Whiteout’, Morgan O’Neill’s ‘The Factory’ and Guy Ritchie’s hopeful return to the decent action crime genre ‘RocknRolla’.
Insiders have told Shock Till You Drop that Dark Castle can only explore sequels to properties they developed at Warner Bros., hence the reason you’ll see no sequel to ‘Thirteen Ghosts’ (tied up with Sony). That still leaves an opportunity sequels for ‘House of Wax’ or ‘Ghost Ship’ if they wanted.
