‘Twilight: Eclipse’, the third movie in the vampiristic franchise, has been slapped well and truly in the face. Canadian actress Rachelle Lefevre has been forced out of the third movie. But instead of removing her character Victoria altogether they’ve actually had the audacity to recast her with Ron Howard’s daughter Bryce Dallas-Howard!
The story is that Lefevre had ‘scheduling commitments’ but we’re not so sure. It seems to be a clear cut case of casting a ‘better-known’ actress in the role but as studio bosses never seem to realise they only let down the fans with these sort of moves. Nobody wants it so why the hell do you think it’s going to put more bums on seats you retards.
Lefevre has a number of projects currently in pre-production but her involvement in most of these projects cannot be big enough to not be able to come up with some sort of agreement that helps all parties.
Summit Entertainment’s Erik Feig says, “Rachelle brought Victoria to great screen life and Bryce will bring a new dimension to the character. The franchise is lucky to have such a talented actress as Bryce coming in to fill the role.”
Hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm.
