If it wasn't already highlighted by the fact that not only hot UK ex soap-star Adele Silva and 'Hostel's uber-sexy Barbara Nedeljakova had been cast 'Strippers vs Werewolves' could have already been overlooked. But as that's not the case today's news would still certainly help Jonathan Glendening's new werewolf flick push it's way through to the tip of horror news. It seems that British scream queen Sarah Douglas (better known as Ursa from 'Superman' and 'Superman II') has signed up to the Glendening project as the owner of the strip club where the...well, strippers...hang out! It's not the first time Jonny's tried his hand at the lycanthropic topic either after having some success with his last horror project '13Hrs', starring ex-'Hollyoaks' babe Gemma Atkinson.
Douglas said today about the role: "She's a mother figure to her girls. An ex-stripper made good, she doesn't have a lot of time for men and has no intention of seeing her girls devoured by werewolves".
Jonathan Sothcott, producer, added: "There aren't that many real genre icons, and even fewer who are top quality talents and we are absolutely thrilled that Sarah is on board."
