Recently seen in lesbian action with co-star Natalie Portman in Darren Aranofsky’s unsettling ‘Black Swan’, the stunning Mila Kunis has just signed up for director Sam Raimi’s new prequel to ‘The Wizard of Oz’. Cutie Mila (below) will star as the Wicked Witch of the West (Theodora) in ‘Oz, The Great and Powerful’. The prequel to L. Frank Baum’s original novel ‘Oz’ will follow the Wizard’s arrival in Oz and how he came to rule. ‘127 Hours’ James Franco is now officially also on board the project to play the almighty Wizard, probably swung by his previous work with director Sam Raimi on the ‘Spiderman’ trilogy.
“This is a prequel to The Wonderful Wizard of Oz (1900) by L. Frank Baum, told from the point of view of the Wizard. It tells how the Wizard arrived in Oz and how he became the ruler.”
