Little Hit Girl Chloe Moretz, who caused uproar with her four letter cursing in brilliant comic book action flick ‘Kick Ass’ last year, in currently in negotiations to join the ever-increasing cast of Tim Burtons’ feature version of ‘Dark Shadows’. The actress, who recently starred in Hammer’s vampire revamp ‘Let Me In’, will play Elizabeth Collins Stoddard’s (to be played by Michelle Pfeiffer) daughter Carolyn. Based on the spooky series from the 60’s, we already have the likes of Johnny Depp, Jackie Earle Haley, Michelle Pfeiffer, Bella Heathcote, Eva Green, Helena Bonham Carter and Thomas McDonell on the cast list. ‘Frost/Nixon’ actor Michael Sheen’s name is also currently being thrown around, however there’s no solid offer as yet.
“The original series of ‘Dark Shadows’, created by Dan Curtis, spawned over 1225 episodes over the years and was a highly atmospheric, spooky soap that featured gothic horror staples like vampires, monsters, witches, werewolves, ghosts and zombies.”
