'CARRIE' REMAKE HAS PEAKED THE SEXY MEGAN FOX'S INTEREST FOR LEAD ROLE?

Now this is unexpected. Two pieces of Megan Fox (below) news in one day...yes please! The Foxy one seems keen to fill the role of 'Carrie' in the recently announced rehash of the classic Stephen King novel. Showbiz Spy are reporting that she loves the original and "would love the chance to play the lead". It'll be an interesting decision if it actually happened for various reasons. One she's a bit old now to be playing a teenager no? Especially if it doesn't even begin shooting for at least another year or so. But more importantly the brilliance of Sissy Spacek's performance as the telekinetic high school bint in Brian De Palma 1976 version was her utter naivety and the compassion you felt for her. But can I imagine Fox getting similar apathy from her drooling adolescent audience? I feel she's great at playing the 'bitch', but will take some doing to try the old switcheroo.
