Having already nabbed the likes of Colin Hanks, Mos Def, Edward James Olmos (‘Battlestar Galactica’) and sexy ‘Heroes’ star Brea Grant it was surely time to find a fellow forensic buddy for Masuka in Showtime’s upcoming season 6 of ‘Dexter’. You may recall some cast description going around for a Caucasian actor in his 30s who would join the MMP as a new lab intern. Well Josh Cooke -below (‘Quarantine 2: Terminal’) is the guy who’s been chosen and he’ll play the recurring role of Louis Greene. Louis is described as a ‘computer genius and a bit arrogant about it’. Regular casty’s Michael C. Hall, Jennifer Carpenter, Lauren Vélez, David Zayas, James Remar, Desmond Harrington and C.S. Lee all return for more serial killing genius.
“Dexter Morgan spent Season Five atoning for the death of his wife, Rita. He committed to being a part of her children’s lives and entered into a deep, passionate relationship with Lumen, unlike anything he’d ever had before. But Dexter’s need to kill overpowers his desire for human connection. And now that one person knows the truth about him, and a few others are close, how much longer will America’s favorite serial killer be able to keep his dark side a secret?”
