Following the recent ‘Underworld: Awakening’ panel at Comic Con it seemed that word of a potential return from the character Michael was on the cards. The character played by actor Scott Speedman and last seen in ‘Underworld: Evolution’ is rumoured to be re-appearing in the upcoming sequel but quite in what capacity is yet unknown. One thing for sure though is actor Scott Speedman (below) will not be returning to the role. During a recent chat with the ShockTillYouDrop folks it seems pretty clear that Speedman doesn’t expect to do another ‘Underworld’ film again. But fret not becuase at least the leather-clad hot momma Kate Beckinsale will be! Speedman will be seen next up in Jacob Tierney’s new thriller ‘Good Neighbours’.
“After being held in a coma-like state for fifteen years, vampire Selene learns that she has a fourteen-year-old vampire/Lycan hybrid daughter, Nissa, and when she finds her, they must stop BioCom from creating super Lycans that will kill them all.”
‘Underworld: Awakening’ is set to hit theatres on 20 January 2012.
