'TRESPASS' ACTRESS JORDANA SPIRO JOINS SEASON 6 OF SHOWTIME'S 'DEXTER'

'Dexter' season 6 has acquired another new cast member. Sexy star Jordana Spiro ('The Goods: Live Hard, Sell Hard') will join the cast and is set to play "a religious cult member" led by Edward James Olmos' character Professor Gellar. Michael C. Hall, C.S. Lee, James Remar, Jennifer Carpenter ('Quarantine') and Desmond Harrington ('Ghost Ship') all return along with season newcomers Colin Hanks ('King Kong'), Josh Cooke ('Quarantine 2: Terminal'),  Mariana Klaveno ('True Blood'), Brea Grant ('Heroes') and Mos Def ('The Hitchhikers Guide To The Galaxy'). Spiro (below) will also be seen this October in the new Joel Schumacher helmed thriller 'Trespass' alongside Nicolas Cage and Nicole Kidman.

"Dexter Morgan spent Season Five atoning for the death of his wife, Rita. He committed to being a part of her children's lives and entered into a deep, passionate relationship with Lumen, unlike anything he'd ever had before.
