Film studio 'The Asylum' will be releasing the direct to DVD release of their new found footage project 'The Amityville Haunting' just in time for Christmas. It's exactly the family friendly treat you can enjoy over the seasonal period. Set around the infamous house, in which several murders too place which were all carried out under some supposed paranormal phenomena, this new take on the legend features a new family (the Bensons) who briefly rent the house on Long Island, New York and have since disappeared. Jon Kondelik and Luke Barnett star in this the first helmed feature from Geoff Meed ('Resident Evil: Extinction'). 'The Amityville Haunting' arrives on 13 December.
