Well this sneaked past everyone but the limited run in the US for Warner Bros’ ‘The Factory’ has kicked off finally. The Morgan O’Neill helmed crime thriller shuffled into theatres under the radar with not so much as a teasing trailer to peak our interests. The Dark Castle production stars John Cusack (‘1408’, ‘The Raven’), Jennifer Carpenter -below (‘Dexter’), Sonya Walger (‘Lost’), Mae Whitman (‘Arrested Development’), Michael Trevino (‘The Vampire Diaries’), Ksenia Solo (‘Black Swan’), Cindy Sampson (‘Supernatural’), Katherine Waterson, Cas Anvar and Dallas Roberts. So even with a pretty decent cast to boast about we can’t be too sure why this has gently, and sadly, sneaked in the back door.
“An obsessed cop is on the trail of a serial killer prowling the streets of Buffalo, N.Y. but when his teenage daughter disappears, he drops any professional restraint to get the killer.”
