Next February sees the release of the feature adaption of classic British ghost-story ‘The Woman in Black’. James Watkins helms the adaption based of the novel of the same name by author Susan Hill. Of course ‘The Woman in Black’ has been scaring audiences for the past 23 years in the West End at the Fortune Theatre, Covent Garden where the play has performed to thousands of terrified participants. Of course though this isn’t the only scary occurence at the theatre which over the years has been subject itself to a number of unconfirmed ghost sightings. A new viral-esque site based on such sightings has gone live and introduces us to fictional ghost hunter Dr Simon Hill PHD, who reacts to these ghost reports at the Fortune Theatre, and performs his own investigations, with terrifying results! The blog site contains various reports and interesting videos which you can check out at the link below. You can also check out an actual image of just one of these unexplained sightings below which is reportedly 100% real!
Head over to Simon Hill’s official Ghost Exploration blog site here.
The movie, starring Daniel Radcliffe, opens in US theatres from 3 February 2012 and in the UK on 10 February.
And don’t forget to check out more at ‘The Woman in Black’ website to read all about the show and of course book your tickets!
