The often adapted tale of Mae Nak, an old Thailand ghost story, is set to get another life on the big screen thanks to the Pichai Noirod directed ‘Mae Nak 3D’. Bringing the classic tale to a new generation and all in 3 succulent dimensions the movie has a new official trailer which you can check out below. Bongkot Kongmalai, Chumporn Theppitak and Rangsiroj Panpeng all star in the new spookfest set to hit theatres tomorrow (1 March). “If you don’t know the story then we can only surmise you’ve been living under a stone. For those rock dwellers here it is again: Nak, a heavily pregnant woman, dies with her stillborn child while her husband, Mak, is away at war. When Mak returns, he doesn’t know that his family is dead and continues to live with Nak unaware that she is actually a ghost.”
