Catalina sets up a lavish bachelor party for Marcus and his friends aboard a luxury yacht, which ends up floating too close to an uncharted island. The island is a scientific research facility run by an inhumane Dr. Edwards, who is intent on finding a vaccine for a flesh-eating virus that could strip humanity literally down to the bones. Marcus and his friends must find a way to survive before the flesh eating disease consumes them all."
