Adam Levine, of music group Maroon 5, may be set to take on his first acting role on season 2 of Ryan Murphy and Brad Falchuk's 'American Horror Story' Levine (below) is in final negotiations to pop up in the new season and will play a "contemporary character half of a couple called 'The Lovers'". It appears that producers are so keen to sign the singer up that they're even set to shoot around his upcoming Summer tour schedule. Jessica Lange, Zachary Quinto ('Heroes', 'Star Trek'), Sarah Paulson, Evan Peters ('Kick-Ass') and Lily Rabe all return for the second season, albeit to play entirely different characters. Hopefully we'll be getting some more solid details on the action set to take place nearer its October premiere on FX.
