It's not the best teaser we've seen to date but a new poster for the upcoming fifth season of hit HBO horror drama series 'True Blood' has been unveiled. The new piece of promo artwork features a bloody tear and the tagline 'Don't Cry. It's Back'. Camilla Luddington ('Californication'), Lucy Griffiths ('Robin Hood') as well as Kelly Overton ('The Ring 2', 'Tekken'), Louis Herthum ('The Last Exorcism'), Peter Mensah ('Spartacus'), Dale Dickey ('Winter's Bone') and Carolyn Hennesy ('Cougar Town') are all set to star in the new season which will see the return of Bon Temps residents Sookie Stackhouse, Bill Compton and Eric Northman played by Anna Paquin ('Scream 4'), Stephen Moyer and Alexander Skarsgård ('Battleship', 'Straw Dogs') respectively. The new poster is reminiscent of a previous '[REC] 3 Genesis' one-sheet featuring the crying bride. True Blood' season 5 premieres on HBO on Sunday 10 June at 9 PM ET. Check out the new one-sheet below.
"The series follows Sookie Stackhouse, a barmaid living in Louisiana who can read people's minds, and how her life is turned upside down when the Vampire Bill, walks into her place of employment two years after vampires 'came out of the coffin' on national television."
