'CHUCK' HOTTIE YVONNE STRAHOVSKI JOINS THE NEW SEASON OF 'DEXTER'

The 'Dexter' news is coming in thick and fast this past couple of weeks and now to coincide with yesterdays newly revealed still of Deb and Dex we have yet another casting announcement. Sexy Australian actress Yvonne Strahovski (below), who played Sarah in NBC comedy show 'Chuck', will take the role of Hannah McKay in the upcoming seventh season of the hit Showtime series. Hannah is a strong, independent woman with a past that she's struggled to put behind her. Strahovski's schedule has opened up significantly now as 'Chuck' has ended its 5 year run and so a 'Dexter' multi-ep story arc will be ideal for the talented star. Yvonne will also star alongside Aaron Eckhart in Stuart Beattie's 'I, Frankenstein' in 2013. Along with Yvonne we have Ray Stevenson, Jason Gedrick, Matt Gerald and Katia Winter also attached for newly appointed roles.

'Dexter' returns to screen across the US from Sunday 30 September at 9:00pm ET/PT.
