We all know you're probably bursting with excitement over the prospect of being able to finally park your asses into theatres and engorge your eyes on Christopher Nolan's parting Batman installment 'The Dark Knight Rises'. Come next Friday the wait is finally over but just for now carefully wipe the drool from your chin, make sure you have your most absorbable underwear on and settle back and enjoy another new clip from TDKR. In the new clip Lucius Fox (played by Morgan Freeman) shows Bruce Wayne (Christian Bale) around his new warehouse filled with funky prototypes and introduces the special addition to his collection, 'The Bat'. Tom Hardy ('Inception'), Anne Hathaway ('Get Smart'), Marion Cotillard, Joseph Gordon-Levitt ('Looper') and Michael Caine ('Harry Brown') all join in the bat antics. Check the new clip below.

"It has been eight years since Batman vanished into the night, turning, in that instant, from hero to fugitive. Assuming the blame for the death of D.A. Harvey Dent, the Dark Knight sacrificed everything for what he and Commissioner Gordon both hoped was the greater good. For a time the lie worked, as criminal activity in Gotham City was crushed under the weight of the anti-crime Dent Act.

But everything will change with the arrival of a cunning cat burglar with a mysterious agenda. Far more dangerous, however, is the emergence of Bane, a masked terrorist whose ruthless plans for Gotham drive Bruce out of his self-imposed exile. But even if he dons the cape and cowl again, Batman may be no match for Bane."

'The Dark Knight Rises' opens on 20 July 2012.
