Another fresh clip from Len Wiseman's sci-fi action reboot 'Total Recall' has risen thanks to Hollywood.com. The clip, entitled 'Activated', comes flying up the ass of the previous gun slinging clip we featured on the site yesterday (hit the link below) and once again features the delectable Kate Beckinsale -below ('Whiteout') this time along with co-star Bryan Cranston who plays the role of bad guy Cohaagen. Not too much to go on again here but it still has similiarities to its Paul Verhoeven helmed 1990 counterpart. I guess we'll find out what nods and winks the original will get in the remake when it hits theatres this August. Colin Farrell ('Fright Night'), Jessica Biel ('The Tall Man'), Bill Nighy ('Shaun of the Dead') and Ethan Hawke ('Daybreakers') also star. Check the new clip below.
"Welcome to Rekall, the company that can turn your dreams into real memories. For a factory worker named Douglas Quaid (Colin Farrell), even though he's got a beautiful wife (Kate Beckinsale) whom he loves, the mind-trip sounds like the perfect vacation from his frustrating life - real memories of life as a super-spy might be just what he needs. But when the procedure goes horribly wrong, Quaid becomes a hunted man. Finding himself on the run from the police – controlled by Chancellor Cohaagen (Bryan Cranston) – there is no one Quaid can trust, except possibly a rebel fighter (Jessica Biel) working for the head of the underground resistance (Bill Nighy). The line between fantasy and reality gets blurred and the fate of his world hangs in the balance as Quaid discovers his true identity, his true love, and his true fate."
'Total Recall' opens on 3 August in the US and the 29 August here in the UK.
