ADAM LEVINE AND BLOODY FACE COUPLE UP IN NEW 'AMERICAN HORROR STORY' PIC

Adam Levine, better known as the lead singer in pop band Maroon 5, is set to make his acting debut in the new season of hit horror FX series 'American Horror Story'. Although he was cast in the show a little while back today we can catch our first glimpse at Levine on set shooting his new role as one of the 'the lovers' which he plays alongside the gorgeous Jenna Dewan-Tatum, the lucky bugger. The shows co-creator Ryan Murphy has tweeted the new behind the scenes pic of Levine standing alongside a wall with a graffitied face and the caption 'Bloody Face' etched on. The mysterious tweeted pic was accompanied with the following text: "AHS exclusive: Two of our stars who started shooting today - - the multi-talented @adamlevine and Bloody Face!" The action for the second season airing this October moves to a East Coast mental institution for the criminally insane and it appears that this so-called 'Bloody Face' is going to be a sweet new hook to keep viewers guessing. James Cromwell ('LA Confidential'), Joseph Fiennes ('FlashForward'), Chloe Sevigny, Chris Zylka ('Shark Night 3D', 'Piranha 3DD'), Mark Consuelos, Lizzie Brochere and Franka Potente ('Creep') also join the new season.
