PROM NIGHT BLUES FOR THE BLOOD SOAKED 'CARRIE' IN NEW OFFICIAL REMAKE STILLS

A blood drenched Chloe Moretz ('Kick-Ass') is clearly the most significant image we've seen to date from the upcoming readaptation of Stephen King's classic horror novel 'Carrie'. Personally its so similar to the iconic image we've already seen of Sissy Spacek endless times before soaked in red featured in Brian De Palma's 1976 original its maybe more a reminder of yet another film that maybe really didn't require the remake treatment. But I shall bite my tongue for now until we see it in theatres from next March. In addition to the image EW also revealed a pic of actress Julianne Moore as Carrie's unhinged mother Margaret White. Still they're not a patch on the behind-the-scenes pics of British co-star Gabriella Wilde (who plays Sue Snell) sporting her sexy gym kit which we featured in a previous article (link below).
