A few months back we had word that Chris Zylka would be joining FX’s new season of ‘American Horror Story’. The actor was all lined up to make a guest appearance in a ‘significant’ two-episode story arc with the option to extend. The role was that of deaf-mute Daniel, described as the “most beautiful boy in the world”. However, ZAP2it have reported that Zylka was required to shave his head for the role and refused to do so therefore leaving exec producer Ryan Murphy (‘Glee’) no other option than to have him replaced altogether. Seems Zylka’s preference over looks rather that role commitment doesn’t bode well for his career. He seems much more comfortable setting his acting heights on such fine cinematic masterpieces as the lackluster ‘Piranha 3DD’, the ‘My Super Psycho Sweet 16’ TV movies, the dreadful ‘Shark Night 3D’ and recently cancelled CW series ‘The Secret Circle’. Zachary Quinto, Lily Rabe, Sarah Paulson, Evan Peters and Jessica Lange all star in the new season arriving on our screens once more from 17 October.
