What feels like the one millionth piece of artwork from new zombie horror comedy ‘Warm Bodies’ has arrived in the form of a new UK quad poster. The Jonathan Levine (‘All the Boys Love Mandy Lane’) helmed project based on the novel by author Isaac Marion revolves around a post-apocalyptic self-aware member of the undead who forms a relationship with a female survivor. Nicholas Hoult (‘About a Boy’, ‘X-Men: First Class’) and the gorgeous Teresa Palmer (‘I Am Number Four’) play the two leads and are joined by Rob Corddry (‘Hot Tub Time Machine’), John Malkovich (‘Burn After Reading’) and Lizzy Caplan (‘True Blood’).
“Warm Bodies is a poignant tale about the power of human connection. After a zombie epidemic, R (a highly unusual zombie) encounters Julie (a human survivor) and rescues her from a zombie attack. Julie sees that R is different from the other zombies, and as the two form a special relationship in their struggle for survival, R becomes increasingly more human – setting off an exciting, romantic, and often comical chain of events that begins to transform the other zombies and maybe even the whole lifeless world.”
‘Warm Bodies’ heats up theatres in the US from 1 February 2013 and arrives in the UK from 8 February.
