Fox's upcoming 'Sleepy Hollow' TV series has nabbed a couple of new names to join the project. Orlando Jones ('Evolution') and the Swedish stunner Katia Winter -below ('The Banshee Chapter') have signed up to star in the pilot that will be helmed by 'Underworld's Len Wiseman. Jones will play Lt. Frank Williams "the sternly professional detective transferred to Sleepy Hollow to investigate a double homicide." Whilst Winter, last seen in 'Dexter' as Joey Quinn's stripper girlfriend Nadia, will play Ichabod Crane's wife. The pilot will be penned by 'Fringe' co-writers Alex Kurtzman and Roberto Orci and finds an 18th Century Ichabad flung into a present day 'Sleepy Hollow'.
"Ichabod is described as a captain in the Revolutionary War who has been to hell and back. The former history professor finds himself catapulted to present day Sleepy Hollow, where he's indicted for the murder of a police officer and forced to prove not only his innocence but make a wary detective believe he's a traveler from the 18th century."
