Sam Raimi's 'The Wizard of Oz' prequel ,'Oz: The Great and Powerful', is just a handful of weeks away from general release so when better to reveal the gorgeous Mila Kunis lean and green in her role as Theodora, the Wicked Witch of the West. The new pics revealed by the Comic Forum show us Kunis in full make up and costume as the creepy wicked one who has at some point haunted most children's nightmares. The witchy trio is made up of Kunis and Rachel Weisz ('The Fountain') who stars as Evanora, the Wicked Witch of the East. Whilst it's up to the delightful Michelle Williams ('My Week With Marilyn') to play the goody two-shoed Glinda, the Good Witch of the South. The Wiz is played by James Franco ('127 Hours') and the whole gang will be here this March. Check out the new pics below.
"When Oscar Diggs (James Franco), a small-time circus magician with dubious ethics, is hurled away from dusty Kansas to the vibrant Land of Oz, he thinks he's hit the jackpot—fame and fortune are his for the taking—that is, until he meets three witches, Theodora (Mila Kunis), Evanora (Rachel Weisz), and Glinda (Michelle Williams), who are not convinced he is the great wizard everyone's been expecting. Reluctantly drawn into the epic problems facing the Land of Oz and its inhabitants, Oscar must find out who is good and who is evil before it is too late. Putting his magical arts to use through illusion, ingenuity—and even a bit of wizardry—Oscar transforms himself not only into the great and powerful Wizard of Oz but into a better man as well."
Oz opens in theatres in the US and the UK on 8 March 2013.
